The team

An opportunity to join a dynamic Change Management Team and become a driving force in shaping the future of ITV. You will play a crucial role in guiding employees through transformation, fostering innovation, and ensuring smooth transitions that maximise success.

The role

Working closely with the Head of Change to identify and document process change and the impact on Commercial, and other teams within ITV. Driving automation, simplification and efficiency through new technology and ways of working.

Support the shaping and delivery of change and work with cross functional departments to implement ITV’s Commercial transformation agenda. Be part of an exciting new initiative at the UK’s biggest Commercial Broadcaster.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify key areas of change impacted by piloting, development and roll-out of the Commercial Transformation initiatives.
  • Develop plans for your areas of responsibility and track progress, including managing risks and issues. Support implementation plans of the key areas of change across ITV Commercial, and other impacted teams.
  • Play an active role in Stakeholder management, engagement and communications.
  • Support the implementation of the change activities across ITV Commercial and the Agency groups as we launch and roll out the new proposition across ITV Commercial, its Customers and other ITV teams.
  • Support and transition initiatives to their end state operating models i.e., BAU, driving and monitoring adoption.

Key Activities

  • Create, evolve and maintain as-is & to-be operating models of the Commercial business covering Process, People and key metrics. Evaluate processes including issues, and opportunities.
  • Identify key areas of the business impacted by the planned changes. Work with Product and other teams to understand the impact of the to-be options around the future op model across processes, people and roles, modelling key future volumetric scenarios.
  • Support consensus and agreement around the to-be operating model and provide input into high level phasing plans that align to the change approach.
  • Involvement in shaping and delivery of business change plans including: Comms approach, Training & Learning approach, User adoption strategy, and stakeholder management.
  • Be part of a team responsible for delivery of the change that has been identified and the approach that has been defined.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

  • A solid understanding of Change Management principles.
  • Analytical and problem solving expertise.
  • Experience of identifying and helping to deliver technology enabled business change in large complex organizations.
  • Good understanding of business drivers for effective change management and ability to influence, create, and solution process problems and challenges across multiple lines of business.
  • Proven track record of having established successful business relationships, and have influenced and engaged with operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner with proven stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with business insights and data visualisation.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the UK broadcast industry & broadcast/Over The Top advertising market.
  • Significant experience in successfully managing change.
  • Extensive experience of working in cross-functional project teams and the delivery of change in fast-moving, learning-based and agile environments.
  • Experience in business process mapping and business modelling tools.
