The Chair will lead the Committee responsible for overseeing new home building, investment in the existing stock and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements, reporting to Group Board.

The minimum requirement will be an average of one day per month to attend meetings, mostly held remotely via MS Teams, with attendance at our Head Office around 3-4 times a year.
There would also be a required commitment to CPD through conferences, training and workshops. You will receive a detailed induction programme to familiarise yourself with the way we work and our operating environment.
