Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (Mon - Fri 10 AM - 5 PM). The client faces some memory challenges and has experienced health issues affecting her mobility and daily management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reminders for medication and appointments to ensure the client's health and wellness are prioritized.

  • Offer support with computer-related tasks, such as managing schedules and online appointments.

  • Participate in errands with the client's family as needed.

  • Report mileage for driving duties as required.

  • Communicate with doctors' offices for medical needs, both verbally and via online platforms.

  • Plan and maintain a daily calendar in coordination with client.

  • Administer proper medication management.

  • Plan and prepare dinners to meet dietary needs and preferences.

  • Perform light housekeeping duties in the kitchen and bedroom, including shopping for necessary supplies.

  • Provide transportation for client and maintain a weekly mileage report.

  • Additional responsibilities as needed to ensure the client's comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or personal assistance is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of seniors.

  • Comfortable using computers and mobile applications for organizational tasks.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with both the client and her family.
