The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

1. Ability to work 11pm - 7am Weekdays and Every other Weekend
2. Certified in PA
3. Willingness to be flexible, in order to meet the needs of our residents
4. Willingness to learn
5. Ability to support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner
6. Ability to problem-solve in a manner that benefits the care being provided
7. Ability to multi-task, while providing quality care to our residents
8. Ability to work in a detail-oriented manner
9. Ability to communicate with individuals in a professional and caring manner
