About this role
Leading global architectural practice that designs and delivers some of the world’s most outstanding architectural projects has an exciting and rare opening for an innovative CEO. The role requires you to set the agenda and lead the practice globally. In this international role, you would operate as the practice’s figurehead while driving culture and innovation internally. You would be responsible for all business operations, financial performance, and commercial undertakings to drive the business forward.

This globally renowned practice seeks candidates who have established a track record of delivering outstanding business management and performance at elite architectural or engineering practices. You should have a strong background in financial reporting and leading business strategy to drive growth and return.

The position can be based in London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Hong Kong. The role requires substantial international travel to service and build relationships and to lead the management of a network of studios. The remuneration package is outstanding and aligned with the role as a practice leader. Key responsibilities

1. Manage financial reporting and profit and loss across all studios
2. Continually develop the practice’s global business strategy to drive growth and profitability
3. Lead the senior leadership team globally, setting goals and responsibilities
4. Drive a culture of practice-wide innovation to achieve business outcomes

Skills and experience

1. Experience leading and running a global practice in a senior executive position
2. Financial reporting and overseeing and preparing the practice business strategy
3. Excellent communication skills and proven experience of leading an executive team
