Centre Manager - Active Play

(1x Northampton + 1x Midlands)

Salary - £30,900 (40 Hours)

Berzerk Active Play are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Berzerk Active Play as a Full Time Centre Manager.

Trilogy Active LTD runs several Berzerk Active Play sites across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about active play and wants to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the centre.
2. Manage staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
3. Develop and implement programs that promote active play.
4. Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance.
5. Ensure health and safety regulations are met.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Passion for active play and community engagement.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
