Job description

Hours:
8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment

Salary:
Dependent on experience

Holiday: 20 days per year, plus statutory holidays

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
  2. To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
  3. To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
  4. To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
  5. Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
  6. Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
  7. Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
  8. All MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence which is issued by the DVSA
  9. To carry out MOT test to DVSA standard and input the details on the DVSA computer system
  10. To fit any product specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out a range of ancillary services to customer vehicles
  11. Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
  12. To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
  13. To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
  14. The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
  15. Liaise with Head Office and other Departments

The role reports directly to the Centre Manager
