More about the role:

• Lead the management and operations of the cellar, ensuring that all beverages are stored, managed, and served according to established standards.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering schedules, and deliveries.
• Regularly inspect the cellar and storage areas to ensure all beverages are kept in optimal conditions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality beverages.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis to Senior Management to aid in data-driven decisions regarding inventory and sales.
• Be a driving force for positive change within the department.
• Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless service and a legendary experience for all clients.
• Train and mentor cellar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Cellar Manager or relevant position in beverage management within a fast-paced, volume driven environment.
• Solid understanding of cellar management techniques, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
