Our client, a leading security solutions provider based in Bedford, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Engineer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, Service, and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of CCTV security products to ensure optimal performance.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.
3. Technical Expertise: Utilise in-depth technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of system functionality and reliability.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, service, and maintenance.
2. Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions. Hik vision experience is essential.
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both team members and customers.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
6. Must be able to work at low to medium level heights.
7. Occasional working away.
8. Full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
9. Must be able to pass a DBS check.
