Location: Droitwich

Salary: £16.50- £18.50 per hour, depending upon experience, plus overtime, bonuses, and additional benefits.

BCS Connect is working with a leading environmental company based in Droitwich who are currently looking for a CCTV Drainage Operator to join their expanding team. Our client works across the UK, providing exceptional environmental, energy, and water infrastructure services.

They are looking for a CCTV Drainage Operator to deliver essential drainage inspection services. You will be responsible for carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, evaluating pipe conditions, analyzing results, and delivering high-quality reports.

Working as part of a team, you will ensure works are delivered to the highest quality and within desired timescales.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and servicing equipment to ensure accuracy of results.
2. Reporting structural surveys using relevant software systems.
3. Producing daily reports.
4. Creating accurate and detailed updated drainage plans.
5. Maintaining compliance for Health and Safety for individuals and teams.
6. Effectively communicating with clients and management teams.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in the drainage industry and knowledge of CCTV cameras.
2. OS19X or MSCC5 certification desirable.
3. Thorough understanding of the importance of RAMS documentation, ensuring all colleagues and team members adhere to work instructions identified in RAMS.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
5. Proven experience of leading a team.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work effectively within a team.
8. Comfortable working in pressurized situations, ensuring work is completed within desired time scales.
9. Full clean UK driving license.
10. Available for overtime and working away with appropriate notice.
