Job description

Role:
Volunteers will offer support to members of About with Friends’ catering team. The role is suitable for those who enjoy a more ‘hands on’ approach and who have patience and understanding in supporting members with a variety of customer service and catering tasks, helping to build their skills and confidence.

Time commitment:
A regular commitment of one day a week would be preferable, although half day opportunities can be arranged.

About the charity:
About with Friends is an active and energetic charity that is based in Cromer, North Norfolk. Their main purpose is to offer children, young people and adults with learning disabilities the chance to lead the lives they choose. Members have the opportunity to develop lasting friendships, engage in social activities, get involved in the community, have the chance to try new experiences and to learn new skills for both life and work.
