We're currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic catering team. You'll play a vital role in delivering a world-class refectory service to our students and staff, providing quality food that's healthy, affordable, and inclusive of all dietary needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading and supervising catering staff in a friendly, professional environment
2. Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations including food prep, service, and stock management
3. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
4. Delivering excellent customer service across campuses and for college events
5. Assisting with menu planning and working towards financial targets

What We're Looking For:

1. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
2. Strong experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused catering role
3. A team player with great communication skills and the ability to engage with young people
4. Organised, proactive, and ready to lead by example
5. Enhanced DBS Certificate
