The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Catering Operations & Performance Executive on a 7-month Fixed Term has arisen!

Working with our wider Catering and Airline Operations teams, you will focus on a variety of key performance areas, ensuring our exceptional customer experience is delivered across the globe.

What you’ll do:

  1. Observe, audit and measure the performance of our catering suppliers, from ramp to kitchens.
  2. Support and track daily activities, and liaise with our suppliers to ensure they have the information and tools they need to succeed.
  3. Lead product and network changes, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and in a timely manner.
  4. Assist with invoicing and financial reconciliation.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

  1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  3. Curiosity and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Your experience:

  1. Experience working in a complex, operational environment is desirable.
  2. Full training will be provided, including food safety, airline security and airside driving.
