We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Lounge Host to join us at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow.

With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience.

You’ll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together!

Role Responsibility

1. Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers' satisfaction.
2. Load service counters as and when directed and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
3. Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, and sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
4. Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
5. Assist guests with any problems or needs.

Package Description

• Casual contract
• £13 rate per hour
• Mixed shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30), middle and late (13:30-23:00)
