Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of catering equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in equipment.
3. Provide excellent customer service and support.
4. Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in catering equipment service and maintenance.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Relevant certifications or qualifications in a related field.
