What skills do I need?

• Previous catering experience and a food hygiene certificate are desirable.
• Understanding of safe food storage and cleaning practices is essential.
• Support and training will be provided.
• Must be caring, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Effective communication and a flexible approach are necessary.
• A genuine liking for older people and their needs is crucial.
