Catering & Cleaning Operative
Location – Clackmannanshire Diageo Sites
Salary – £12.60 per hour
Hours – 20 hours per week
Shifts – Monday to Friday (shifts between 6am – 8pm, flexible depending on cover requirements)

As a Catering & Cleaning Operative at Sodexo, you’re a flexible and proactive member of the team, helping ensure our sites stay clean, safe and welcoming for everyone. This role is crucial to supporting our operations, stepping in to provide cover during staff absences across multiple Diageo sites in Clackmannanshire.

You’ll be based at Blackgrange, but may be required to work at Menstrie, Cambus, Abercrombie and Bonnybridge, covering both cleaning and catering duties as needed. With a company van provided, your ability to travel between sites helps us continue delivering service excellence—no matter the circumstance.

What you’ll do:

1. Provide cleaning and basic catering support across multiple Diageo sites
2. Step in for team members during holidays or sickness, maintaining a consistent standard of service
3. Drive the company vehicle safely between assigned locations
4. Deliver excellent customer service in every environment you work in
5. Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety at all times

What you bring:

1. Full UK driving licence and must be 25+ (for insurance purposes)
2. Previous experience in a cleaning or catering role
3. A flexible and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
4. Ability to travel between sites reliably and independently
5. A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
