Are you a passionate Category Manager ready to embark on a new role with a highly ambitious FMCG business?

The Advocate Group are looking for an experienced and driven Category Manager to spearhead growth for this exciting brand.

In this key role, you will champion all things category and insights within the business, deliver innovative category strategies, and help to deliver commercial results. Are you up for the challenge?

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  2. Develop and implement category plans aligned with the 3-year vision.
  3. Oversee range, distribution, space, and availability to drive category performance.
  4. Turn data insights into actionable plans for both customers and internal teams.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to shape category strategies.

Essential Experience:

  1. Proven category management experience in high profile accounts (food, beverage or FMCG).
  2. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  3. Proficiency in category performance tools including Circana, Nielsen.
  4. Track record of delivering annual category growth plans and business results.
  5. An interest or passion for health, fitness, wellness, nutrition is beneficial.
