Our client, a prestigious Lloyd's Broker, has an exciting new opportunity for a Casualty Claims Advocate. Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the provision of claims advocacy and service in respect of the Casualty North American and Rest of World Specialties clients and Retail partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
To provide expert claims advocacy in relation to large, complex and/or contentious Casualty claims, maintaining and leveraging market relationships as necessary, in order to bring claims to prompt, satisfactory conclusions.
To develop, shape and articulate the claims value proposition to clients, Retail partners, colleagues and carriers, including the development and provision of management information and data to support the same.
Be actively involved in new business opportunities, including preparation of tenders and participating in new business pitches.
To manage, review and supervise claims and adherence with claims procedures and guidelines, including responsibility for Client claims strategies.
For major Clients, lead the claims relationship, including regular meetings, delivery of claims reports etc.
To manage the relationship between the UK Claims team and the Casualty North American and Rest of World Specialties team, acting as the key point of contact in sharing information and agreeing strategy.
