We are currently looking for a passionate Events Casual Wine Waiter to join our Events department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Events Casual Wine Waiter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Provide knowledgeable and professional wine service at events, including banquets, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Serve wine efficiently and elegantly, following the correct pouring techniques.
• Ensure guests’ glasses are replenished as needed while being attentive but not intrusive.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine service areas.
• Work closely with the Events team, Bartenders, and Sommeliers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with post-event clean-up and resetting for future events.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
