Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
2. Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout their shopping experience
3. Assist with product selection, styling advice, and up-selling
4. Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized at all times
5. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
6. Stay up to date with the latest product trends and promotions
7. Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
8. Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets

Requirements:

1. A passion for the Jack Wills brand and fashion
2. Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. A team player with a positive attitude
6. Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

We are looking for prospective new staff who are able to work a variety of shifts, covering both weekday and weekend vacancies. This role has no guaranteed hours of work; hours of work can therefore vary from week to week, and as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
