Casual Market Research Surveyor Opportunity

Tracsis Transport Consultancy specialise in quantitative research in the transport industry that gives insight into customers’ motives, behaviours, attitudes and opinions.

Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our pool of casual Market Research Surveyors to work on transport projects all around the country.

We are especially keen to hear from applicants in London, West Midlands, North West, Wales and South West – particularly Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth and Southampton areas. We are a diverse team but find that those with a railway background are critical to the success of our projects as they bring key skills and valuable experience to the group.

Our work includes:

1. Ticketless travel surveys across the country
2. Distributing questionnaires at stations across the UK
3. Boarding and alighting counts at stations

Keen to get involved? You’ll need the following:

1. People skills, as you will be interacting with the public
2. Basic IT skills, using apps and navigating websites
3. The ability to follow instructions and read basic maps
4. Problem-solving skills, using your own initiative where required
5. Ability to travel to other locations, with paid expenses
