Pools on the Park, Old Deer Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities at this centre include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, café, and two studio spaces. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
You’ll be part of our fitness team, providing professional and friendly tuition, carrying out inductions and designing personalised fitness programmes. Making sure that all fitness suite users are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service, and ensuring the facilities are clean and safe so that every customer has a great experience.
You will also be responsible for maintenance/cleanliness procedures within the gym. Have a look at the job profile online for full details on the varied role you can expect to be doing.

You’ll also have knowledge and experience of fitness testing, inductions, and designing personalised exercise programmes. Good customer care, financial, administrative, marketing, and programming skills are essential.
A key element of your job will be to develop the business as well as retaining existing customers. You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
£13.85 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday relief pay allowance on top of this)
We’ll offer you casual shifts which may involve working some daytime or evenings, both during the week and at weekends. Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.
