The Connexin Live

Over 400,000 visitors have experienced events here at the venue since 2018 including Bob Dylan, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Ne-Yo, Paloma Faith, JLS, Sarah Millican, Blondie, Noel Gallagher and many more. The venue is a state-of-the-art music and events complex with a capacity of up to 4,000 people for concerts and live events, plus an array of bars, lounges, premium seating and hospitality suits including the Connexin Lounge.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to deliver a high-quality cleaning service across designated areas of The Bridgewater Hall. In this role, you will ensure that our iconic building is kept in immaculate condition, creating a safe and inviting space for staff, performers, and visitors.

You’ll be Responsible for:

• Arriving on duty at the correct time and wearing the correct uniform and PPE as supplied.
• Signing In and Out at correct times as required.
• Carrying out all cleaning tasks as requested.
• Cleaning designated area/s in a timely and safe manner.
• Attending required training sessions and abiding by Health and Safety rules.
• Using all equipment in a safe manner.
• Being aware of chemicals in use and using them in a safe manner.
• Complying with all Health and Safety regulations relating to manual handling COSHH etc.
• Working with other members of the Housekeeping Team or alone as required after correct training.

You will have:

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; full on-the-job training will be provided for all successful candidates.
