Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Casino Content Specialist with a strong understanding of the casino industry, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for gaming.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop compelling, high-quality content that engages players and builds brand loyalty.
2. Take ownership of content strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms.
3. Create promotional content to market casino offers and game strategies.
4. Engage with audiences, fostering a community of loyal players.
5. Optimize content performance using analytics and platform insights.

This on-site role is based in London and requires working five days a week to collaborate closely with our fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute high-quality content across multiple formats, including articles, blog posts, social media, website copy, and promotional materials.
2. Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
3. Identify and create compelling content around the latest casino promotions.
4. Use various content formats (social media, email campaigns, blog posts) to drive engagement.
5. Build a strong casino gaming community by creating interactive content.
6. Respond to followers, answer questions, and develop content that resonates with their interests.
7. Use data insights and platform analytics to refine content strategies.
8. Ensure content is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and reach.
9. Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand initiatives.
10. Stay ahead of industry trends, including new casino games, gambling regulations, and betting strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Deep understanding of casino games (Slots, Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, Jackpot and other table games).
2. Knowledge of casino player psychology and engagement strategies.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a collaborative content strategy.
5. Experience in casino content creation, marketing, or social media management.
6. Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to write for multiple platforms.
7. Ability to identify fresh content ideas and craft engaging narratives.
8. Strong knowledge of current social media trends and engagement strategies.
9. Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, and an understanding of how to tailor content for each platform.
10. Proficiency in Canva or other design tools to create visually appealing graphics and assets.
11. Strong understanding of betting odds, casino mechanics, and gaming strategies.
12. Ability to create insightful, data-driven content that educates and engages players.
13. Self-motivated, driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven in content execution.
