Job Summary:
The Providence Center Case Manager Team 1E coordinates services for consumers to minimize stressors and to facilitate the reduction of psychiatric and substance abuse disorder symptoms. Encourage consumers to attain the highest possible levels of independence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required. Bachelor’s degree from accredited College or University preferred.
Experience in Human Services Field preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and insured auto.
