PAYE Permanent position

Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out works for a large contractor in social and domestic properties.

This position is a straight PAYE permanent role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provides some fantastic career benefits, including a van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution, etc.

Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader:

1. Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
2. Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs
3. Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing

Experience of the Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader:

1. Must have social/domestic housing experience
2. A full UK driving license
3. Must have multiple trades
