Carpenter Multi Trader

Carpenter Multi Trader wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector.

Over at Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for a number of Carpenter Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association based in the Beckenham area.

There are several positions up for grabs, with interviews to take place this week!

As a Carpenter Multi Trader, your day-to-day will look like:

1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
3. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

We are looking for confident Carpenter Multi Traders with a maintenance background.

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification (NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent) is needed for this role.

About the Carpenter Multi Trader role:

Salary: Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.

Location: Beckenham and surrounding areas.
