Location: Birmingham - Mobile Role

Salary: £32,000 + £6,000 bonus + £1,000 standby (for the week) + vehicle + 24 days holiday + BH & additional benefits

Your new company - Carpenter (Multi Trade)

• A global facilities management company covering a social housing contract across Birmingham (regional, so will be east or west Birmingham only).
• You will be working on the repairs team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role – Carpenter (Multi Trade)

• Working in a mobile role, you will cover social housing in the East of Birmingham.
• Building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, and decorating.
• This is a multi-trade role, so other aspects of maintenance may be required (NO CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE ONLY).

What you'll need to succeed – Carpenter (Multi Trade)

• Previous experience as a Carpenter or Joiner.
• Experience in social housing or housing repairs.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Must be within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
