Carpenter Multi

We are looking for a Carpenter Multi to join the team of an established facilities maintenance company on a 3 month temporary basis, on void properties.

Carpenter Multi

Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm)

Locations: Rushden, Northamptonshire up to Peterborough area

21-23ph paid weekly via CIS or Umbrella

As a Carpenter Multi, your main duties will be:

• Carpentry (General woodwork, including doors, frames, and skirting boards.)
• Plumbing (Basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, installing sinks, and toilets.)
• Tiling (Laying and grouting tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas)
• Patch Plastering
• Decoration: Painting and finishing touches.

To be successful as a Carpenter Multi, you will need:

• Experience in carpentry and basic plumbing, tiling, and plastering.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks to a high standard.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Previous experience working on void properties is a plus.
