Carpenter

I'm looking for a Carpenter in the Watford area to work on the repairs team with a well-established housing association. This is a permanent position with multiple benefits.

The Carpenter will be carrying out:

1. First and second fixes to kitchens
2. All repairs in tenanted properties
3. Hang doors, replace flooring, windows & door repairs including locks

The right Carpenter will receive:

1. A salary of up to £35,000
2. 28 days annual leave

The Carpenter will need:

1. At least 3 years' experience in carpentry
2. UK driving license
3. Basic DBS check
