The Opportunity

We are looking for a Fragrance and Make-up Consultant to join our Carolina Herrera beauty team in Fenwick Newcastle.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have a true passion and talk confidently about the products. You'll be driven and have skills in traffic stopping and telling the story behind the product to enhance sales.

What you'll get to do

As a key Brand Ambassador, you will ensure Carolina Herrera's positioning as a luxury brand.

1. Ensure a high-quality welcome, service, and advice to create and maintain the loyalty of our customers.
2. Develop sales at our point of sale with a demanding clientele.
3. Contribute to the proper running of the outlet (respect for merchandising, cleanliness).

• Sales-driven with a client-experience approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability.
• Experience in maintaining a continuous relationship with clients.

• Comfortable with make-up application.
