About the Role
As a Cargo Bike Rider/Courier, you’ll play a key role in delivering packages efficiently and on time, representing our partner brands through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely navigating delivery routes using company-provided cargo bikes.
2. Picking up and delivering packages promptly and accurately.
3. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
4. Using handheld devices to scan packages, update delivery status, and track deliveries in real-time.
5. Loading and unloading packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
6. Following all traffic and safety regulations while cycling.
7. Reporting any issues or delays to your supervisor promptly.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Physical fitness and ability to cycle for extended periods in various weather conditions.
3. Comfortable using handheld devices for tracking deliveries.
4. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
5. Must be available to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, 11:45 am - 6:30 pm, including some Saturdays.
