Caretaker - Live In

We are looking for a Caretaker to work for our prestigious client based near Bridgewater. The role is a live-in position with the accommodation inclusive.

Due to the nature of this role, you will require a full enhanced DBS clearance and 5 years of references.

Salary: £24,300 per annum (inclusive of accommodation)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Near Bridgewater

Main Duties:

1. Maintenance of the property including fixing and repairing
2. Building upkeep
3. Security to ensure everything stays safe
4. Securing the property and being a key holder
5. Upkeep of the grounds
6. Driving around the grounds

Person Spec

1. Practical hands-on problem solver
2. DIY experience
3. Maintenance experience
4. Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
5. Full UK driving license
6. Experience of working in a school, care home or facility management preferable
