Job description

We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Workplace Solutions Team based in Sheffield.

Location: Sheffield - Across our Sheffield Schools Portfolio

Hours: 40 Hours per week - Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the workplace solutions team, supporting them in the delivery of maintenance on the Sheffield Schools Contract.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Ensure delivery of PFI standards for the site, ensuring service delivery is to a standard as defined by the FM manager.
  • Receive deliveries and distribute materials to building users.
  • Specified room set-ups as directed by school.
  • Litter picking of external grounds and emptying of external bins.
What are we looking for?

This Role Of Caretaker Is Great For You If

  • Communicate effectively with customers in a positive manner.
  • Physical fitness to perform any lifting and handling materials in accordance with manual handling training.
  • Previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role is an advantage.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
