Salary: SC3 SCP 6-9. Starting salary £22,157 (Pay award Pending)

Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 42 weeks

Job Overview

St Christopher’s is looking for a Caretaker who will help manage the maintenance and caretaking needs of schools in Plymouth and have the flexibility to assist other schools and caretakers in the West Devon Area.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues.
Demonstrate competency in DIY maintenance.
Work as part of a small passionate Estates team to create great learning environments in our 21 primary and infant schools.
