Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to join a welcoming and well-maintained primary school in Chiswick. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a great chance to become a valued member of the school's facilities team.

Position: Caretaker.
Salary: 13.5- 15 per hour, based on experience.
Location: Chiswick
Hours: Flexible-full or half days available
Start Date: Immediate.
Contract: Temp to Perm.
As a Caretaker, you will play a key role in maintaining the school's premises, ensuring it remains a safe, clean, and functional space for staff and pupils.
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the school buildings and outdoor areas.
- Open and close the school each day, securing the premises.
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, reporting larger issues as needed.
- Monitor heating, lighting, and security systems, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Assist with setting up classrooms, halls, and spaces for school events.
- Support with general site duties to keep the school running smoothly.
- Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Assistant, or Facilities Worker (school experience is a bonus but not essential).
- A practical and proactive approach to site maintenance.
- A strong understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Reliability, good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
