Caretaker

Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Caretaker on a temporary part-time basis, covering the Lisburn area, with a starting salary of £13.26 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Open and close the building, ensuring health and safety checks are complete.
2. Set up rooms based on booking requirements.
3. Carry out all associated cleaning and general maintenance duties.

Requirements:

• At least one year's experience in a similar role.
