Job Title: Care Team Leader - Learning Difficulties (AV1679A)

Location: Keighley

Salary: £39,936pa to £41,184pa (48 guaranteed contracted hours) - Days & Nights available

My Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Team Leader to join their Team in Keighley. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care services and ensuring the well-being of service users. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in conducting service user reviews, monitoring staff performance and providing support to their Head Office team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or working towards.
  2. Proven supervisory experience in a Domiciliary or Care Home setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff members.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  5. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
