Elderly Nursing Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire

GBP15.00 per hour plus incentives

36-48 hours per week (day duty: 07:00 - 19:00 - to include alternative weekends and on call weekend rota)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Team Leader to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

Package for the Care Team Leader but not limited to:

• GBP15.00 per hour plus incentives
• 36-48 hours per week
• Day duty
• Shift pattern: 07:00 - 19:00 (days)
• Alternative weekends plus on call weekend rota
• Annual performance-related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase

Care Team Leader requirements:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of one year's experience in a residential/nursing home setting.
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse, and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
• Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
• Live within 30 minutes of the home.
