Salary: £19 - £20ph

Purosearch are working with a leading care provider looking for an experienced Care Manager to oversee a care service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health disorders, and challenging behaviours.

As the Care Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support and empower people to live independently in the community - all within a challenging, but very rewarding environment. In-depth experience of risk assessments, implementing care plans, and operational management, including meeting financial and business targets, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. NVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. A very strong awareness and background of CQC policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
