An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strong Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic provider of care to adults with learning difficulties and autism in Reading.

You will join a small charitable care provider that delivers care to people with varying complex needs and learning disabilities. The home is set in a residential area and allows residents to be part of the community while living in a secure and caring environment. The organisation is care-focused, friendly, and values-driven. They are passionate about delivering the best possible care and service user life experience.

My client seeks an accomplished manager to oversee a small and friendly care home. You will work autonomously and have full responsibility for the home. We seek a person who is not only experienced but also capable of taking ownership of the running of the home and delivering exceptional care.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven management experience, preferably within the learning disabilities care sector.
