The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic care provider who is well-established across the UK. They hold a portfolio of elderly care homes and foster a communicative senior management structure, with a lot of growth opportunities for those that join the team.
At present, they are seeking a Care Manager to join a care home based around the Leeds area. This care home is fully embedded in the local community and holds some fantastic community links. The Registered Manager is settled in post and is hoping to find a manager who will work with them to drive the service forward.
A previous experience as a Deputy Manager within an elderly care home is essential for this role.
The Candidate
The successful Care Manager will be a personable, supportive figure keen to place an emphasis on learning and development opportunities for their team. You’ll have a strong eye for quality care and promote robust, detailed care plans for your residents. Daily responsibilities will include staff supervisions, audits, rotas, and liaising with external stakeholders.
