Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • Driving Licence preferred, NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care.

Job description

Job Type: Full-time

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Our client has an amazing opportunity to manage one home supporting two individuals and develop the second phase of opening an adjoining annex and second bungalow on the same site.

Are you an experienced Care Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to develop your career and based in or able to travel to Chester?

You will support individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning and Mental Disabilities while advancing your career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Foster a safe, inclusive, and a supportive nurturing environment.

Lead, support and nurture a Health and Social Care team, inclusive of a Deputy Manager, Team Leader and Support Workers.

What You’ll Need

A minimum 1-year experience working as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager or a strong Team Leader looking at stepping up and taking on the responsibility of a manager.

Driving Licence (preferred)

NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care * Level 5 desirable but not essential.
