Care Home Manager required to join a care home / residential home based in a beautiful area of Liverpool. A fantastic, small care home, in an idyllic seaside location.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager / Residential Home Manager. Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports.

As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager, you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.

The successful Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Experienced care home manager
2. Proven track record of successful care home management
3. Proven success in the care home sector
4. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
5. Dynamic & Enthusiastic
6. Strong business management

1. Overall responsibility of the care home
2. Care plans/reviews/meetings
3. Budget management for the home
