Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Wye, Kent.

Package for the Care Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

1. £52,000 per annum
2. 40 hours per week
3. Opportunities for training and development
4. Good rated CQC home

Care Home Manager requirements:

1. Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
2. Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
3. Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
4. Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
