The Care home is under new ownership, and we are now seeking a Care Home Manager to maintain it excellent standards having recently received a glowing CIW inspection
Care Home Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care
- Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse
- Manage all aspects of risk for service users
- Ensure proper medication management and documentation
- Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks
- Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
- Promote and organise social activities
