Salary: £14 - £15 ph

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Deputy Manager to join our small residential service in Wanstead. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager in the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home.
  2. Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
  5. Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of care standards and regulations.
