We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, which supports our high standards for excellence in everything we do. We are experiencing a period of growth, and are developing our business support functions in response.
Not only will you have the opportunity to work with a group of colleagues who will support you in your role, but you will become part of a company that truly cares about its people. We place a huge emphasis on the wellbeing of our employees through a company-wide wellness programme and actively promote participation in events and initiatives.
About You
You will ideally have experience of working within a similar role within health & social care; however, this is not essential.
What is essential is that you can demonstrate experience of working in a role which requires acute coordination, prioritisation, and organisation. You will be used to working within a fast-paced environment and will have a solution-focused attitude when the unexpected happens.
You will be as keen to help as you are keen to learn and will have a positive can-do attitude when working within the team.
As you will be visiting our staff and clients, you will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle, and the relevant motor insurances.
If you would like to apply or learn more, you can email jobs@unitycaresolutions.co.uk, or call us for an informal chat on 0333 366 1020.
