We have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Care Coordinator to join our highly successful team in Manchester.
The role of Care Coordinator will be to provide a positive and effective focused service to a designated group of people we support as directed by the Line Manager.
Hours will be approx 20-24 hours per week, with some flexibility to meet the business needs. Days and hours will be discussed at interview.
You would need to be a driver and have your own transport for this role.
This Job profile sets out the main duties required to fulfil the role but is by no means exhaustive. Additional requirements in line with the role will be required of the postholder as requested by your Line Manager.
